Second man charged in shooting death in Bluffton store parking lot
The Bluffton Police Department charged a second man in the Jan. 3 shooting death of 29-year-old Jon Kinlaw.
Kenneth Crivan Mitchell, 24, of Savannah was charged with murder in the incident that occured around 4:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Dollar General on May River Road, according to a Bluffton Police Department news release.
Kinlaw was shot as he met with Mitchell and 17-year-old Kyron Primus of Hardeeville, who was charged Friday with Kinlaw's murder.
Mitchell is being held at the Chatham County Jail on separate charges until an extradition hearing can take place, the release said.
Primus remains in the Beaufort County Detention Center.
