Intoxicated man, found inside closed Bluffton eatery, charged with burglary

A Bluffton man was charged with second-degree burglary Thursday after police found him intoxicated inside a closed seafood restaurant.

Bluffton Police Department officers found Justin Brumley, 28, inside Sigler's Rotisserie & Seafood restaurant after an alarm went off around 5 a.m., according to the department's news release.

When officers arrived, they found the restaurant's front window had been broken and the front door barricaded from the inside.

They soon found Brumley, who appeared to be intoxicated, the release said.

He was taken to the Beaufort County Detention Center and awaits a bond hearing.
