Argument at Okatie gas station ends with thrown banana

An argument between two women at an Okatie gas station ended Friday when one woman threw a banana at the other, according to a report from the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office.

The woman who was hit with the banana said she was in line at the Okatie Enmark station when her assailant came in and began an argument, a continuation of an ongoing feud, the report said.

When the clerk asked the two women to leave, one picked up the closest item to her -- a banana -- and tossed it at the other woman, the report said.

The woman said she did not want to press charges, the report said.
