Collin Stone, 22, was arrested while he was at work after the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office was notified by the S.C. Attorney General's Office when the state office learned child pornography was being uploaded from a computer at a county residence, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.
Further investigation led law enforcement to a Park Lane residence in Beaufort and a warrant was obtained Thursday.
Investigators interviewed occupants of the home and each of the computers inside were searched.

Only one computer had sexually explicit images of children, the release said, and it belonged to Stone.
The computers were seized by the Sheriff's Office Computer Crimes Unit for forensic examination, the release said, and an arrest warrant for Stone for sexual exploitation of a minor was obtained.
Stone was arrested Thursday, taken to the Beaufort County Detention Center and awaits a bond hearing.
Additional charges may be added pending further examination of the computers, the release said.
