Family members haven’t seen this Hilton Head Island woman since Aug. 9. Have you?

A Hilton Head Island woman is missing and the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding her.

Brenda Carman, 59, was reported missing by family members on Aug. 22 and has had no contact with them since Aug. 9, the sheriff’s office said.

She may be traveling in a gray 2013 Hyundai Sonata with South Carolina license plate SRE 108 and minor front-end damage.

Carman is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds, authorities said. She has long sandy brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is encouraged to contact Investigator William Weich at 843-255-3313 or the Beaufort County dispatch at 843-524-2777.
