Hilton Head and Bluffton masseur arrested on criminal sexual conduct charge

A masseur was arrested Wednesday night after being accused of touching a client inappropriately at a Hilton Head spa, according to a news release from the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office.

Taylor McMullen, 24, of Bluffton, was charged with criminal sexual conduct 3rd degree. He was released on his own recognizance from the Beaufort County Detention Center on Thursday morning.

McMullen was arrested at a Bluffton spa, where he also worked as a masseur.

He reportedly “acknowledged that he had inappropriately touched the female client during the massage,” the news release said.

Neither spa was identified in the news release.
