Bluffton man charged with 3 counts of rape of middle school-aged girl, records show
Dulvin William Garcia-Roblero, 36, of Bluffton was charged Monday with the repeated rape of a Bluffton Middle School student, according to jail and police records.
He remained at Beaufort County Detention Center Monday afternoon on three charges of criminal sexual conduct/rape of a minor between the ages of 11 and 14. He had yet to appear before a judge for a bond hearing.
If convicted of those charges, he faces up to 60 years in prison.
Bluffton Police Department was first contacted about the crimes in October after the child disclosed the abuse to her mother, a police report says.
The girl told investigators that Garcia-Roblero had sexual intercourse with her on three separate occasions since June 2018 at a private residence in Bluffton.
