He was arrested after police found cocaine, weed, guns, THC in Hardeeville home
A Hardeeville man was arrested Thursday afternoon after police found several grams of cocaine, marijuana, and THC and two guns after executing a search warrant.
Michael Murphy, 32, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, trafficking cocaine and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime after police searched his 18 Charles Street home around 3:15 p.m. The raid was lead by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the Hardeeville Police Department and the Bluffton Police Department’s SWAT Team, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.
The search warrant was obtained after allegations of narcotic sales.
Investigators found 16 grams of powdered cocaine, 279 grams of marijuana, two guns, 83 grams of THC wax and approximately $5,000 in cash.
