Beaufort County deputies arrest St. Helena fraud suspect
A 52-year-old St. Helena Island man sought by Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Monday night was arrested late Tuesday morning.
Jonnie Lee Howard faces a felony charge of financial transaction card fraud and is being held in Beaufort County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing, according to online records.
Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office asked the community to help find Howard in a news release Monday night.
