Missing a jet ski? Beaufort County deputies are looking for you
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the owner of a jet ski that’s been abandoned in Mackay Creek near the Hilton Head Bridge.
Capt. Bob Bromage said Thursday morning there are no reports of a missing person after the Sheriff’s Office marine unit checked out the abandoned jet ski and found it anchored in place.
Traffic cameras showed multiple boats circling the jet ski around 9 a.m. Thursday.
