Man with super hero tattoo allegedly steals Coligny beachgoers’ backpack

A couple was swimming at Coligny Beach Friday when it realized a backpack was missing, a Beaufort County Sheriffs Office report states.

Another beachgoer told the couple a man with a Batman tattoo grabbed the backpack and walked off, the report states.

The report states two cellphones, two wallets and about $205 in cash were in the backpack when it was stolen.
