High planes and heat dominated at Beaufort Air Show on Saturday
The 63rd annual Beaufort Water Festival Air Show on Saturday still drew and kept large crowds of spectators despite the hot weather and two normal acts pulling out at the last minute.
The parachuters that usually start off the show were not able to make it this year because two of their four members recently sustained injuries and the U.S. Coast Guard team that usually demonstrates how they do water rescues was not able to be there because they received a call.
The crowd enjoyed watching two pilots with Tiger Airshows and Buck Roetman with Wild Horse Aviation.
The Beaufort Water Festival will wrap up on Sunday afternoon with the Blessing of the Fleet.
