Beaufort Water Fest Talent Show brings out the best

Wednesday’s night storms didn’t stop the stars from coming out.

Hundreds of young performers hit the stage at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park during the annual Beaufort Water Festival Families, Friends & Traditions which was hosted by the Preceptor Omega Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

The winners of the Category “A” Individual (5-9 years old) were Ali Aiken in first place, Fred Waddell in second and Caitlin Boltin in third. The group winners in this category were the Beaufort Academy of Dance Minis and Juniors.

The Category “B” Individual (10-13 years old) group were Payton Howard in first place, Ruth Munoa in second place, and Lele Cooler in third. The group winners in this category were Caroline Ferguson and CeCe McAlhaney with the Ballet School of Beaufort Academy of Dance.

Jasmine Nolan got first place, Annie Grade Wilson got second, and Hannah Lienhop got third in the Category “C” Individual (14-17 years old) group. The group winners in this category were the Beufort Academy of Dance Teens and Elites.

The winners from the Category “D” Individual (18-34 years old) were Katie Goddowns in first place, Shykeem Gardner in second place, and Caroline Rozycki in third. The group winners were Savanna Edwards and Melissa and Jean.

Lastly, the winners for the Category “E” Individual (35+ years old) group were Bam Robinson in first place, Jason Bailey in second and Styla Rich in third place. The group winners from this category were Pat Garvin, Doug Garvin and Marlene Harrell son.
