Attention boaters: These creeks will be closed for Parris Island training

Multiple creeks and marsh areas will be closed to boat traffic for the next couple days for weapons training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island.

Archers Creek, Ribbon Creek and Edding Creek will be closed to boat traffic for “live-fire” training from 6 a.m. Wednesday until 2 a.m. Friday.
