New traffic signal near Bluffton Parkway flyover switched on

The recently installed traffic signal on Bluffton Parkway at Buckingham Plantation Drive will begin operating Wednesday.

Initially the signal will be in a flashing mode to alert motorists, according to a Beaufort County news release.

The signal will operate normally starting the Friday afternoon after the Bluffton Parkway flyover opens to traffic.

Motorists are asked to use caution when approaching this intersection.
