Beaufort County Mosquito Control will take to the skies starting June 20

Beaufort County Mosquito Control is planning aerial spraying during daylight hours between June 20 and June 24.

Low-flying aircraft are used and aerial spraying is dependent upon ideal weather, according to a news release.

The county does not treat salt marsh habitats for adult mosquitoes during these aerial operations.
