Update: Woods Bridge in Beaufort open to traffic

The Richard V. Woods Memorial Bridge in Beaufort is again open to traffic, a Beaufort Police Department release said.

The bridge had been stuck in the open position and was closed to traffic, a police department Facebook post said.
