Beaufort TEA Party to hold monthly meeting May 16

The Beaufort Tea Party will hold its monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. May 16 at Fuji’s Restaurant, 97 Sea Island Parkway, Lady’s Island.

S.C. Sen. Tom Davis and Laura Sterling, a Bluffton Republican running for the 6th Congressional District seat, will speak at the event.

Beaufort County Councilwoman Cynthia Bench and District 3 council candidate Wyman Haigler also have been invited, according to a news release.
