SC Youth Leadership Conference to be held in May at USCB

The South Carolina Youth Leadership Conference will be held May 19-22 at the University of South Carolina Beaufort’s Hilton Head Gateway Campus.

Fifty sophomores from high schools throughout central and coastal South Carolina will take part in a variety of exercises on teamwork, community leadership, civics, government, the environment, finance, social media, career discovery and volunteerism, according to a release conference organizers.

Author Maya Van Wagenen to deliver the keynote address.
