Solicitor candidate Angela McCall-Tanner at Beaufort event Monday

Supporters of 14th Circuit solicitor candidate Angela McCall-Tanner will hold a meet-and-greet Monday at Blackstone’s Cafe in Beaufort. The event is from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Scott Street restaurant.

Beaufort attorneys Bill Harvey, Mike Macloskie and Jim Moss are among those hosting the event.

McCall-Tanner spent 12 years in the solicitor’s office and was a Beaufort County magistrate judge from 2014 until stepping down last month to run for solicitor. She is the wife of Beaufort County Sheriff P.J. Tanner.
