Beaufort County group that helps at-risk youth announces new board lineup

The Collaborative Organization of Services for Youth, a group that serves at-risk youth in Beaufort County, has announced its 2016 officers and board members.

Robert Merten is president, Celeste Hunt is vice president and Sally Bishop, Erin Dyer, Marcel Collins and Leah Kidwell are board members.

The group, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, has also scheduled its pledge dinner from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. May 19 at the Best Western Sea Island Inn on Bay Street in Beaufort.
