Beaufort County Mosquito Control will take to the skies starting April 4

Beaufort County Mosquito Control is planning aerial sparying during daylight hours between April 4 and April 8.

Low-flying aircraft are used and aerial spraying is dependent upon ideal weather, according to a new release.

The county does not treat salt marsh habitats for adult mosquitoes during these aerial operations.
