Work begins Wednesday at Trask Parkway, Parris Island Gateway intersection

Crews will begin work Wednesday building a right-turn lane from Trask Parkway onto Parris Island Gateway.

The project is expected to be completed by Aug. 31. The work will include some nighttime lane closures for paving, traffic signal work and asphalt.

The south shoulder of Trask Parkway will be closed during the work.
