United Way of the Lowcountry in search of Day of Caring volunteers

The United Way of the Lowcountry is looking for volunteers to help pack meals to be delivered to local food pantries.

Meal preparation will take place noon April 27 at the YMCA of Beaufort County, 1801 Richmond Ave., Port Royal, according to a news release from the group

South of the Broad River, volunteers are need to pack meals starting at noon April 28 at the Boys & Girls Club of the Lowcountry, 100 H.E. McCracken Circle, Bluffton.
