Beaufort churches will hold Easter sunrise service Sunday in Waterfront Park

A community Easter sunrise service will be held Sunday in Beaufort’s Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park.

The service begins at 7 a.m. and is hosted by First Scots Presbyterian Church and First African Baptist Church.

Coffee and doughnuts will be served before the service. Seating will be provided.

In past years, the service has drawn more than 300 people.
