Jasper County school board to meet Wednesday

The Jasper County School school board is holding a special meeting Wednesday afternoon to discuss its 2016-2017 budget.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the district office, 10942 N. Jacob Smart Blvd., Ridgeland.

The board’s budget preparation calendar includes three more work sessions on March 9 and April 13 and 28.
