Suspicious fire burns Seabrook home
A fire deemed suspicious burned a Seabrook home Sunday night.
Burton Fire District and Beaufort-Port Royal firefighters responded to the blaze just after 8 p.m. Sunday, according to a Burton Fire District release. A doublewide mobile home on Detour Road burned, and firefighters needed more than an hour to contain the flames.
The fire is being investigated by a team of Beaufort County investigators, along with Burton Fire District's arson-detection dog, Abby.
