Chamber to host State of the Bases Breakfast

The Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the 2016 State of the Bases Breakfast from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 21 at the Beaufort Holiday Inn & Suites, at 2225 Boundary St.

Col. Peter Buck, commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, will be the keynote speaker. There will also be updates from military leaders at Parris Island and Naval Hospital Beaufort as well as leaders from the South Carolina Military Base Task Force.

The cost to attend is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers. Tables of 8 are $120. The price includes a full breakfast buffet.
