Beaufort Chamber, Lady's Island business association to host forum

The Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Lady's Island Business and Professional Association are hosting the District 2 School Board Candidates Forum at 8 a.m. on Jan. 19.

The forum will feature the two candidates, Rebecca Cooper and David Striebinger, who are seeking to represent District 2 on the Beaufort County School Board.

The forum, which is open to the public, will be held at the Beaufort Realtor's Association headquarters in the Palmetto Business Park (behind BB&T Bank) on Lady's Island Drive. The Special Election will be Feb. 2.
