Beaufort County mosquito control may conduct aerial operations

Beaufort County Mosquito Control may conduct aerial training, surveillance or spray for mosquitos during the day Monday through Friday.

The county uses low-flying aircraft to apply EPA-registered insecticides, weather permitting. The county does not treat salt marsh habitats for adult mosquitoes during these aerial operations.
