Real estate group, chamber to host Beaufort housing seminar

A seminar by The Prestige Real Estate Group at ERA Evergreen and the Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce will discuss tips for first-time homebuyers to navigate what will likely be the largest single purchase of their life.

The event is at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 28 at 1001 Boundary St., Suite B, in Beaufort. It is free and open to the public whether they are working with a sales professional with The Prestige Real Estate Group at ERA Evergreen or not.

The seminar will be led by Carletha Frazier-Singleton, an associate broker with ERA Evergreen. Frazier-Singleton has been in the real estate industry since 2005 and is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia.

Topics will include the homebuying process and how to find the right financing.
