Bluffton hires new deputy town manager

Scott Marshall, formerly Beaufort County's director of parks and leisure services, has been hired as Bluffton's deputy town manager.

Marshall, who started his new job with the town last week, will perform high-level administrative and managerial duties such as strategic planning, budgeting and managing the implementation of programs, projects and policies, according to a town release.
