Bluffton police host security workshop with worship leaders
The Bluffton Police Department and the American Society for Industrial Security are working with local leaders of places of worship to provide protection plans.
The workshop will focus on prioritizing assets for protection, how to assess threats and hazards, determining the likelihood that a threat could happen and selecting appropriate security countermeasures, according to the Bluffton Police Department news release.
The meeting is from 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 16 at the police department.
