Champagne truffle corks make debut

A Beaufort-based factory has recently launched its signature chocolate.

Le Dome champagne truffle corks are made using French and Belgian chocolates, which have a dark chocolate ganache center with natural champagne essence. The corks are life-sized, 3-D champagne corks, wrapped in aluminum capsules.

The chocolates are available for order online in 9-piece tasting boxes and 25-piece celebration boxes.
