Port Royal parking lot dispute leads to stabbing, police say

A 28-year-old woman is in custody this morning charged with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing at the Port Royal Center, according to a Port Royal Police Department news release.

Brandi Nicole Jordan-Womack was arrested and charged with attempted murder after a dispute over parking in the parking lot of center, the release said.

The victim was transported to the Beaufort Memorial Hospital non-life threatening injuries, the release said.

Jordan-Womack's bond has been set at $100,000. She is being held at the Beaufort County Detention Center.
