PHOTO: Demolition begins at Shelter Cove Mall on Hilton Head

Demolition work has begun at the Mall at Shelter Cove. Here, excavators take down the Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue store on Thursday. Plans to redevelop the 42-acre mall include a community park, a Kroger grocery store, nearly 300,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 200 apartments.
