Beaufort County Marines will get their own cameo in the World Cup. How to watch

Despite the closest World Cup game taking place more than 250 miles away, Beaufort County will make an appearance tonight during the U.S. versus Bosnia and Herzegovina round of 32 game.

Marines and sailors from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island will be broadcast on Fox Sports at 6 p.m. July 1 as part of the pregame show, according to a Facebook post from MCRD Parris Island. Troops from Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort and the Sixth Marine Corps District will also be featured live throughout the game, the post said.
