Beaufort Marines to fly over New Year’s Eve bowl game. Here’s how to watch

A team of Beaufort-based Marines will conduct a fly-over New Year’s Eve to kick off the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl between the University of Michigan and the University of Texas.

The City of Beaufort/ Port Royal Fire Department said in a social media post that the Marine Fighter Attack Squadron VMFA-312 from the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort will take to the skies for the game, which starts at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

The fighter pilots will fly high above the 50,000 fans filling the Camping World Stadium in Orlando.

Viewers can tune into the fly over on ABC, or live stream the game on ESPN+ or Fubo.
