A noon car crash created a big headache on a major intersection in Port Royal.

All northbound lanes of Ribaut Road and northbound lanes of Ladys Island Drive were blocked for more than 30 minutes, according to Port Royal police.

The two-car crash created difficulty getting to Lady’s Island via Ladys Island Drive and Ribaut Road. Port Royal police recommended using care and to expect delays.

Port Royal police said injuries were minor.

A tow truck driver was on scene to clear the vehicles in addition to law enforcement.

As of 12:47 p.m., the accident scene was cleared.
