This Texas country-rock band is headlining Beaufort’s Water Festival. Here’s ticket info

The headliner for the 66th Annual Beaufort Water Festival concert in the park will be the Eli Young Band, Commodore Shawna Doran said Friday.

In other Water Festival news, organizers announced that they have made the full switch to digital ticketing for all nightly concert events. It also is partnering with ticketing service Hometown. All event tickets and registrations will continue to be found at bftwaterfestival.com.

Eli Young Band is a country-rock band composed of members who met while students at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.

While selling out venues as a headliner from coast-to-coast, the Water Festival says, the band also has toured with stars such as Jason Aldean, Dave Matthews Band, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Toby Keith, Tim McGraw and Darius Rucker.

Among the band’s hits are “Crazy Girl,” “Drunk Last Night,” “Skin and Bones,” “When it Rains,” “Saltwater Gospel” and “Small Town Kid.” It’s new single is “Break it in.”

The festival — Fun, Sun & Vitamin Sea — is July 15-24.

Eli Young Band will perform Saturday, July 16.
