Man reported being hit in the head, shots fired at a party in Seabrook

A man reported being hit over the head with a pistol Saturday night in Seabrook, according to a Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office report.

While at a party on Delaney Circle, the victim and another man began arguing, according to the report. Three or four shots were allegedly fired into the ground by the other man, and the victim was hit in the forehead with the gun, leaving a cut above his eye.

The victim reported leaving the party to call 911 shortly before 10 p.m. Beaufort County EMS and Burton Fire District arrived at the Delaney Road home, but he declined medical treatment, according to the report. No one at the party reported hearing or seeing what happened.
