A two-car rollover accident injured six people early Sunday morning on I-95 in Yemassee.
The vehicles collided around 1 a.m. at northbound mile marker 39, according to a Yemassee Police Department news release. One vehicle was on its roof with five people inside and the other had heavy damage and held just a driver.
All of the victims were able to get out of the vehicles by the time emergency responders arrived and they were all taken to Colleton Medical Center, according to the release.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Hampton County EMS, Colleton County EMS and Hampton County Fire and Rescue also responded to the crash.
