Afro-American Military Mini-Museum ribbon-cutting ceremony set for July 1
A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the official opening of the Afro-American Military Mini-Museum will be held at 11 a.m. July 1.
The event is sponsored by the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, the Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War and the Woman’s Relief Corps.
The museum is housed in the Grand Army of the Republic Hall, 706 Newcastle St., Beaufort.
