Red Cross helps Yemasee family after Tuesday fire damages home
A Yemassee family is being assisted by the American Red Cross after a fire damaged their home Tuesday evening.
The blaze was reported at a residence on Oak Plaza Drive and the Yemassee Fire Department responded to the blaze, according to a Red Cross news release.
Two adults are being helped by the Red Cross with financial assistance for food, clothing, lodging and other essentials.
