Heads up, Mink Point area. Tree work coming your way.

Beaufort County and state transportation officials plan tree-trimming work at the intersection of Parris Island Gateway and Mink Point Boulevard this week.

The work will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday and require single-lane closures. Crews will trim limbs affecting the visibility of the traffic light.
