Driving near the Lady’s Island roundabout work this week? Here’s a heads up

Road work on Lady’s Island and in Jasper County will affect traffic this week.

Utility and road work on Sams Point Road in the area of a new roundabout will require nightly lane closures Monday through Thursday starting at 7 p.m.. The work will affect traffic in both directions between Cottage Walk Circle and Nighthawk Lane.

In Jasper County, daily lane closures are planned on Deerfield Road from Monday through Friday. The paving work will be between Church and Bush roads.
