St. Helena Island man dies in Jasper County crash
A St. Helena Island man died as the result of a single-vehicle crash on S.C. 462 in Jasper County on Tuesday.
William Alford, 61, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a Jasper County Sun Times report.
According to the Ridgeland Police Department, Alford, the driver, lost control of a Ford E550 van that overturned on the highway near the Golda Drive intersection.
