Aerial mosquito spraying planned for next week

Beaufort County Mosquito Control may begin aerial spraying during daylight hours between Nov. 28 and Dec. 2.

Low-flying aircraft are used, and aerial spraying is dependent upon the weather, according to a county new release.

The county does not treat salt marsh habitats for adult mosquitoes during these aerial operations.
