Outside the Polar Express, these trains are the best for holiday spirit
A Beaufort Christmas tradition returns soon.
The Beaufort County Library’s annual train show begins at the Beaufort branch on Dec. 13. and will be on display through Dec. 17. The display is a product of the Beaufort Railroaders Model Train Club and is free for all ages.
The display includes model and toy train layouts of varying sizes and themes. The show is in its 24th year and remains popular for its detailed modeling, lights and activity.
The trains will be on display from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day at the Beaufort library on 311 Scott St. The display will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 17.
