Northern Beaufort County road paving projects begin this week

Work will begin this week to repave Salem Road in Beaufort and Marina Boulevard off Parris Island Gateway.

On Salem Road, patch work will be done Thursday and Friday. The road will be repaved Monday and Tuesday.

On Marine Boulevard, patching will be done Monday and the road will be repaved Monday and Tuesday.

The work will be done between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. There will be some lane closures and drivers are asked to use caution in the work areas.
